Step 1: Sign Photography and Videography Waiver Agreement

I, [Participant’s Name], hereby grant permission to Book & Ladder and its affiliates to take photographs and/or videos of me during event/activity. I understand that these photographs and/or videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, advertising, marketing, social media, and company publications.
In consideration for participating in the aforementioned event/activity and granting permission to take photographs and/or videos, I will receive a meal card redeemable for one free meal at Book & Ladder‘s designated restaurant or dining establishment. This meal card is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other item.
I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of these photographs and/or videos.
I hereby release and discharge Book & Ladder, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have now or in the future, arising out of or relating to the use of these photographs and/or videos.
I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and have read and fully understand the terms of this agreement. By signing below, I voluntarily agree to all the terms and conditions outlined herein.
